We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our business in the DACH region, located in Germany or the Netherlands.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Energy Storage Systems and Power Conditioning System eco-systems
• Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
• Manage relationships with customers, key accounts, partners, decision makers, opinion leaders and influencers
• Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
• Manage compliance and regulatory requirements for the region
• Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
• Develop a very good understanding of Delta's product availability and other capabilities across business lines

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years technical sales experience within Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems
• Fluency in English and Chinese  
• Excellent technical knowledge of Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
