We are looking for an enthusiastic IT professional who has the passion to be part of the IT Operations team.

• You are keen on networking (HP/Cisco) and know your way around such equipment. L2, L3, TCP/IP, UDP, VLAN, ACL, VPN and NAT are familiar terms for you.

• You have experience with configurations and maintenances of WLAN.
• Create and maintain documentation on network topology and change management.
• You will work in an Active Directory environment with Windows 10, Office 2016, and Skype for Business, VMware and Windows Server.

• You have experience with Microsoft Sharepoint 2016/2019 on premise.

• Assisting users with their IT issues via our incident tracking tool (Service desk plus).

• Degree (HBO) in computer science/ business informatics or education as IT specialist 
• Available for 40 hours per week in the office
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience 
• Fluent English in communication skills: 2nd European language is a plus
• Basic knowledge of network topology and its fundamentals
• Troubleshooting/ research skills 
• ITILv3 / MCSA Windows 10 certification is an advantage 
• Basic knowledge of VMware, Windows Server 2012/ 2016

• Permanent position, starting with a 1 year contract

• Occasional traveling required
