We are looking for a Lead Structural Engineer - BIM Coordinator to help us grow our Data Center Solutions Team. You will be responsible for Data Center customized solutions execution and for making detailed design of data center structure and mechanical parts work. In your role, you further act as a BIM model coordinator.

Main Challenges:

• Preliminary and detailed design of building structure
• Mechanical parts design – lifting points, fixing points, flashings etc.
• Foundation design
• REVIT (BIM) modeling, responsible for BIM model coordination
• Responsible for BIM standards development and implementation
• Manage master Revit MEP model for the project
• Manage BIM deliverables, model files, and drawings
• Coordination between architectural and civil work design
• Material specification and manufacturer preparation
• Welding procedure specification
• Non-destructive examination methods specification
• Surface preparation and painting specification
• Dimensional test procedure
• Quality control during execution
• In factory design inspection
• Implementation of production process technology
• Supports sales team with conceptual design in presales stage
• Developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed BIM protocols
• Responsible for the BIM training of staff

• 5 to 10 years work experience in structural design
• Minimum of 5 years BIM Experience
• DATA center or other large-scale development experience
• Data center business experience and experience in modular data center design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in faculty of Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of CAD tools: AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWork, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Robot, 3D Studio Max, Tekla structures
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Solid communication skills, both written and oral, to work across multiple Engineering and Manufacturing teams to bring architectures and concepts to deployment
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English Language
• Customer interaction to transition thoughts and concepts into solutions and delivering that interaction through documented specifications
• Possible business trips around Globe for customer meetings and technical discussions. Installation of building on final site destination, supervision and commissioning on site
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
