We are looking for a Project Manager to help us grow our Data Center Solutions Team located in Zagreb and being responsible for Data Center customized solutions execution. Being dedicated to ensure clients requirements are met and delivered on time and being responsible to maintain project budget and expected quality level.

Main responsibilities:

• Project objectives definition, internal and external communication
• Customer focus and relationship with customer
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Close cooperation with engineering department
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Develop full-scale project plans
• Risk management process implementation
• Perform regular meetings and client visits, managing subcontractors and service providers
• Assisting procurement and logistics during project execution
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations
• Defining workflow and process - regional operations team setup
• Communicating with the customer in order to design the best solution possible
• Supervision and quality control of the installation in the factory and on site
• Quality control of suppliers
• Post-delivery support to customers
• Sales support - solution development, quotations and solution presentations to customers

• 5 to 10 years work experience in electrical applications
• 3 to 5 years work experience in project management
• Experience in electrical design and documentation development
• Experience with critical electrical equipment: UPS, batteries, ATS, Switchboards
• Data center business experience and experience in Data Center electrical applications is required
• You have graduated from a faculty of Electrical Engineering or other technical faculty
• PMP – Project management professional and Uptime ATD certification
• TIA942 accredited designer or similar Data Center Design certification obtained
• Knowledge of MS Project, CAD software, Autodesk REVIT and MS Office is required
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
• Time management and organizational and management skills
• Internal and external customer interaction
• Solid communication skills, both written and oral, to work across multiple Engineering and Manufacturing teams to bring architectures and concepts to deployment
• Customer interaction to transition thoughts and concepts into solutions and delivering that interaction through documented specifications
• Possible business trips around Globe for customer meetings and technical discussions or installation of building on final site destination, supervision and commissioning on site
