You will be responsible for:

• Supporting and advising sales personnel to follow up the contract signing procedure
• Modifying NDA and other standard contracts according to corporate policy
• Managing contract archiving
• Processing and posting law firm invoices onto finance system
• Supporting additional tasks and projects with the corporate counsel

• You are pursuing a Major in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Data Privacy Law 
• Are able to work full-time for a period of 6 months
• You will be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship
• You are fluent in English; Additional European languages are preferred
• You are highly accurate with a hands-on and pragmatic mentality;
• You take initiative, you are analytical and proactive
