Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic student for a period of 6 months to take the role of Recruitment Intern and take ownership of the full cycle recruitment process for diverse positions.

  • Discuss and liaise with hiring managers to identify recruitment profiles
  • Create job profiles and job descriptions in accordance with the current needs
  • Source and select candidates for open vacancies by using different channels
  • Conduct telephone and on-site screenings
  • Arrange candidate communication and keep track of action items
  • Develop innovative strategies to find new talenet and develop the pipeline 
  • Investigate and develop processes and tools that improve the way we recruit


  • You are currently in your last year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on HRM or similar
  • Previous internship experience in HR or a similar role is preferred
  • You are available full-time for a period of at least 6 months
  • Fluent in English, Turkish or Polish as second language is preferred
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are curious and motivated to get to know more about HR topics
  • Enrollment in a university during the full period of the internship is mandatory
