Job Description
- Order administration from purchase order receipt to invoicing (order entry, availability checking, delivery note, invoice), in SAP accurately and independently
- In- and outbound logistics handling and close co-ordination with warehouse(s) and factory(ies)
- Communicate and support internal and external customers in an efficient and timely manner to resolve questions, concerns, and requests related to products’ availability and logistics solutions
- Consistently communicate, coordinate and engage with remote employees and internal stakeholders as one strong and transparent team.
- Communicate, coordinate and engage with external stakeholders such as third party vendors and governmental bodies and banks
- Act as a member in a team for information regarding inventory and delivery planning
- Producing monthly reports about the performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or related discipline or 5 years’ experience in EMEA Supply Chain operation
- 3+ years’ experience in exporting to Middle East and Africa
- Proficient with import and export compliance processes, policies, and controls
- Extensive and detailed knowledge of SAP, especially SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Material Management) modules
- Proficient Dutch and English speaker
- Adapt and learn quickly and to navigate through multiple requests with speed and high degree of accuracy, attention to details and high administrative skills
- Work independently while being a team player who has a friendly and helpful attitude
