• Order administration from purchase order receipt to invoicing (order entry, availability checking, delivery note, invoice), in SAP accurately and independently
• In- and outbound logistics handling and close co-ordination with warehouse(s) and factory(ies)
• Communicate and support internal and external customers in an efficient and timely manner to resolve questions, concerns, and requests related to products’ availability and logistics solutions
• Consistently communicate, coordinate and engage with remote employees and internal stakeholders as one strong and transparent team.
• Communicate, coordinate and engage with external stakeholders such as third party vendors and governmental bodies and banks
• Act as a member in a team for information regarding inventory and delivery planning
• Producing monthly reports about the performance

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or related discipline or 5 years’ experience in EMEA Supply Chain operation
• 3+ years’ experience in exporting to Middle East and Africa
• Proficient with import and export compliance processes, policies, and controls
• Extensive and detailed knowledge of SAP, especially SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Material Management) modules
• Proficient Dutch and English speaker
• Adapt and learn quickly and to navigate through multiple requests with speed and high degree of accuracy, attention to details and high administrative skills
• Work independently while being a team player who has a friendly and helpful attitude
