Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing the Home Appliance & Commercial Appliance Market in EMEA. You also have understanding of the future trends of energy management and smart home industry, finding the good entry point for future growth.
- Grow the business of OEM/ODM (home) appliances in EMEA;
- Organize and lead support of technical issues with customers and potential clients;
- KAM, identify new key account and maximize business scope with key accounts;
- Establish business relations with customer engineers in the respective industry;
- Work closely and independently with R&D of the customers and the business unit to define suitable products and business strategy;
- Find opportunities for cross-selling;
- Support management with highly technical issues.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in the field of electrical engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in an international sales environment;
- 3 years active in OEM/ODM appliance business;
- Fluent in Turkish language;
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions;
- Considerable experience in a big organization and comprehensive understanding on culture dynamic;
- Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills;
- Strong self-initiative and result driven to commit to deliver quality;
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time;
- Inquisitive and open to new innovation and technology;
- Other language skills are considered a plus.
