• Act as system owner to manage and oversee all aspects of building automation systems including administering system users and the vendors 
• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting activities, verifying efficient operation of building automation systems and related equipment
• Optimize building automation system programs for efficiency, cost savings, and energy management
• Present Delta building and provide the technical support to the customers
• Support the process of tender preparation by creating proposals and advising on solutions

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering
• 3-5 years experience at least in building automation industry as Hardware, Software or Field Application Engineer
• Fluency in Dutch and English spoken and written, to speak German or French is a plus;

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Cloud Operations Management, networks, building automation communication protocols ( such as BACnet, Ethernet, CAN,  Modbus, KNX and MBUS) and Windows operating systems
• Experience with building automation control devices, system and configuration and programming
• Familiar with control/communication with primary installation and field devices such as Renewable energy system, HVAC system, Electrical system, Room automation and Lighting control, surveillance and access control system.
• Understand the building design principle, technical specification , design schematics and installation drawings . Capable of System Architectural design and generate technical/business proposal per project/tender specification.
• Working experience in Honeywell, Priva, Siemens, Sauter,…etc is plus
• Project management skill and multiple systems integration experience is also preferred.
