Professional Projectors and video wall solutions

Vivitek and Delta Display Solutions are continuing to grow the sales of large venue projectors and video wall solutions, and will strengthen our relationships with existing and new distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with our training, technical support and services offered.

As a Technical Training Specialist you will create, coordinate and manage all training programs and documentation related to our products and solutions. We offer online training as well as classroom-based training in and outside office. The role includes occasional travels in the EMEA region (+/-10%).

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Develop training material for new products
• Develop and maintain company KnowledgeBase / FAQ sections
• Create video training for training portal and YouTube channels
• Gather and organize product documentation in collaboration with product specialists and product management group
• Give training to internal team as well as external customers
• Analyze various channels for input of FAQ and ideas for new training topics

• Experience in a training role
• Experience with technical products (HW and/or SW)
• Proven track record of content creation (video and documentation)
• Skilled in InDesign, HTML5, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools (MS Windows Based)

Personal skills

• Excellent communication skills in English. Other European language a plus.
