·         You are responsible for the development and introduction of quality concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards for new developments, changes and existing production

·         For this purpose, you continuously improve the quality management system with a focus on the development processes and series production and implement agile methods to ensure the highest process/product quality

·         You systematically analyze internal quality problems and field failures and support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures

·         You support the product start-up process at our production sites and at the customer's site

·         You are also responsible for the quality of the products supported over the entire product life cycle

·         You are responsible for coordinating internal and external audits

·         Finally, you lead and supervise projects to optimize internal quality processes and communication channel

·         Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification

·         Long-term experience in quality management in the series environment

·         As a result, you have process knowledge in the manufacture of electrical drive systems from product development to product discontinuation as well as in-depth knowledge of quality management methods and systems, e.g. FMEA

·         You have experience in the application of electric drive systems

·         Independent and structured way of working as well as good knowledge of Italy and English

·         Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
