Job Description

For our PV Inverter Team we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to advance the growth of our business from a location in Italy. Your main responsibility will be to expand and manage the business of Solar Inverters in the Italian area (possibility to work from both our Milan or Rome offices). 

  • Analyze the situation and development opportunities of the Solar Inverter eco-system
  • Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for PV Inverters in the targeted segments
  • Build and develop strong business relationships in the Italian Market 
  • Research and support pricing and product definition 


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the Solar Inverter industry and a good understanding of the Italian market
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
  • Good technical knowledge of Solar Inverters or Photovoltaic Market environment
  • Good communication skills of cross-functions and intercultural organization
  • Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team
  • Result driven and commitment to deliver quality 
  • Italian mother tongue and very good spoken and written English
  • Additional European language is preferred
