Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager AC Motor Drive to grow our business in Italy and Iberia from our location in Milan, Italy.

With your knowledge and experiences, you build and enlarge our local market presence by sharing the trends and business requirements with the global AC Drive team.

The position requires autonomous execution of the work and you must be able to travel frequently in the EMEA region, as well as periodically to Asia.


  • Work together with the EMEA PM team in Netherlands to identify the local market and product requirements
  • Lead product introductions and launches in your region

  • Conduct benchmarking analysis and VOC for the local markets in Italy and Iberia.

  • Report periodically on technology and feature trends related to your product lines.

  • Support our Sales team, Key account customers and channels partners.

  • Coordinate the strategic go-to market plans together with the local Sales team.




  • Standard AC motor drive relevant technical degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with AC motor drive market.

  • Hands-on, sales or technical experience in the fields of industrial automation, Crane, Lift, water treatment, HVAC etc.

  • Working experience within an international organization.

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

  • Entrepreneur minded with good strategic thinking and well development sales instinct.

  • A strong team player who is also able to manage different projects independently.
