For our Electric Motor business group we are looking for a Sales Manager who is interested to help grow our business in Germany The primary focus is on Germany however we are keen to grow our business across the board. The role is initially sales focused but brings leadership opportunities for the future. Please find an outline below on the requirements of the role. The position is stated in Germany; Bruchsal but another (home office) location in Germany is also possible A fluency in German is requested.
- You will be responsible for the Business Development for E mobility components in the Automotive industry.
- Your clients will be OEM (traditional car brands) and Tier 1/2 e.g. related to the Automotive industry.
- You will take care for all sales activities from series and sample handling to customer acquisition
- Opportunity to explore and grow your leadership skills in an improving market and increasing team.
For this position the ideal Qualifications will be demonstrated below. As portrayed above Delta can be flexible in work location.
- Automotive sales experience and a good network in the automotive industry
- Experience with different OEM and Tier1 customers in Germany and preferably Italy, France and North Europe (Germany is mandatory)
- Experience at E-mobility applications and E-machines is preferred
- Fluency in German and English
