During this internship, you will be aiding the corporate recruiter for Delta EMEA in all recruitment activities from interviewing to building job descriptions from scratch! In addition, you will also be jump starting new employee branding initiatives and schemes, with the creative freedom to design material from scratch. Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for various recruitment accounts and completing all levels of the recruitment cycle i.e. screening, interviewing, designing job posts and hiring.
  • Hands on opportunity to build employee branding schemes and initiatives from scratch
  • Maintaining and scheduling interviews
  • Participating in long-term recruitment projects and candidate branding
  • Aiding HR with all corporate responsibility, recruitment and development events as well as designing material aimed toward employee branding.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • HBO/University bachelor student with a keen interest in corporate culture and branding preferably with a graphic design or marketing background
  • Inventive, punctual and organized
  • You have good telephone acumen and are able to communicate messages effectively
  • Sociable and always willing to find creative methods to conduct tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English additional European language is valued

 

Additional Information

We are looking for a person to work hands on at our office in Hoofddorp, for a period of 6 months. The duration of the internship is negotiable.
