Job Description

For our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT professional who has a passion to solve all kind of IT related problems of our users onsite in the office and our remote users spread across Europe.
 

You will be part of the regional EMEA IT team and together with our local IT team in Hoofddorp. Your focus will be on 1st and 2nd level service oriented (remote) end-user support, in a Microsoft environment.
The support requests are administered via our Helpdesk system.

When required you will provide training to those users that require that little bit of extra attention. Of course, this starts with creating and maintaining documentation on different IT systems, programs and changes. You will work with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 2016, Skype for Business, SCCM, VMware and Windows Server 2012/2016, which are all inter-connected via our internal (VPN-based) network.

We ask of you that you are willing to travel to our office in Eindhoven from time-to-time for on-site support. A requirement in this is that you can plan and prioritize your own work independently.

Furthermore, you will ensure the ordering of IT components and administratively process the invoices.
As well as maintaining the assets database for them.

Qualifications

What do you bring?

  • Degree (HBO) in computer science/business informatics or education as an IT specialist.
  • Available for a full-time position.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Dutch and other languages welcome!).
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016.
  • Experience in managing users in an Active Directory environment.
  • Basic knowledge of VMware, Windows Server 2012/2016 & SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Knowledge of network topology and its fundamentals.
  • Hands-on mentality.
