For our Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) we are searching for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to help grow our MCIS business in Germany

Key challenges:

• Responsible for sales performance of the German market – power & cooling solutions for enterprise & data center infrastructure management
• Define business/market strategy and perform execution via annual business/budget planning
• Build ICT market coverage and penetrate mission critical infrastructure via multiple routes
• Representing Delta MCIS and networking in German mission critical industry\
• Strong entrepreneurship to set up and run business for a solution brand with cutting-edge offerings and legacy competitiveness
• Proven leadership to build a country team from small to business justification and sustaining (related reference provided by formed employer/ direct-report staff will be a plus)

• At leat 3 years of related experience
• Good understanding of UPS and data center infrastructure solutions
• Deep knowledge of the competition environment, key competitors’ products and pricing
• Able to discuss and communicate technical details both at a high level and in simple layman skills
• Inquisitive and open to innovation and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational & priorities skills
• Independent, highly achievement driven and team player.
• In possession of driving license, willing to travel frequently
• Fluent English and German communication skills
