Job Description

·         Material management: maintain material master data, set up new product, maintain price etc.

·         Demand management: forecast analysis/review, safety stock review, monitor/maintain stock level etc.

·         Supply planning: issue purchase order, update delivery date, monitor inbound schedule, prepare import document, monitor vendor performance, resolve customs issue etc.

·         Other: support customers’ inquiries (availabilities, product information etc.), maintain vendor data. Communicates on a professional level with factory and 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality and cost of procurement.

·         Is considered central focus point for information regarding inventory and delivery of products

  • Works pro-actively across other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) and act as catalyst to maximize backlog conversion.
  •  Managing all customs procedures for different product groups and overseas shipments from different locations.

Qualifications

·         Must have good problem solving skills, work independently, stress resistant, be a team player, able to work in a fast moving environment and have a friendly, helpful personality.

·         3-5 years working experience with SAP R/3 in supply chain management in a dynamic international environment

·         2-3 years working experience in sales department with import-export knowledge

·         Bachelor level education or equivalent in experience

·         Advanced knowledge on MS Excel and PowerPoint

·         Excellent command of English is required,

·         Good administration & organizing skills

·         Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Analytical skills

·         Technical marketing skills and a strong interest in electronics
