For nearly 20 years, Delta EMEA continues to dedicate in R&D to support the most important businesses with advanced energy-saving technology and solutions.

With the acquisition of Energy Systems business from Ascom, a Swiss company in 2003, and Eltek AS, a Norwegian company in April 2015, Delta has inherited the excellent engineering resources and power design knowledge since 1906 and further development into telecom, industrial and medical markets.

It is a significant step forward in Delta’s ability to offer complex high-power solutions, a broader product portfolio and strengthened Delta's position in the European market.

• Develop, maintain and execute business plan to exceed sales revenue and budget;
• Bring in new and valuable industrial power supply customers/projects via direct accounts;
• Focus on Industrial Power Supply product line and serves regional Sales Managers by providing them in-depth technical knowledge relating to their products in pre-sales and post-sales roles;
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with different Corporate R&D and PM teams to ensure technical discussions during project development;
• Manage direct technical engineering and communication with customers at project design stage.

• Experience in Industrial Power Supply market;
• Degree in engineering electronics or equivalent;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and German;
• Fluent in other foreign languages will be a plus;
• Strong analytical skills, team focus;
• Good organizational skills and set priorities;
• Experience with project management;
• Frequent travelling required;
• In possession of driver’s license
