Job Description
- Develop, maintain and execute business plan to exceed sales revenue and budget;
- Bring in new and valuable industrial power supply customers/projects via direct accounts;
- Focus on Industrial Power Supply product line and serves regional Sales Managers by providing them in-depth technical knowledge relating to their products in pre-sales and post-sales roles;
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with different Corporate R&D and PM teams to ensure technical discussions during project development;
- Manage direct technical engineering and communication with customers at project design stage.
Qualifications
- Experience in Industrial Power Supply market;
- Degree in engineering electronics or equivalent;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and German;
- Fluent in other foreign languages will be a plus;
- Strong analytical skills, team focus;
- Good organizational skills and set priorities;
- Experience with project management;
- Frequent travelling required;
- In possession of driver’s license
