We are opening a brand new R&D Center in Bruchsal in the field of E-Mobility, Industrial automation and Fan and Thermal Management. We are currently in the selection process of people who are keen to start this journey with us!  You will immediately start with the following tasks, however this can be more in the future and can be expanded with tasks which you find important for this office. :) 

• Conducting assistance and administrative tasks 
• Writing reports / creating presentations, obtaining and supplementing missing information
• Support of field sales engineers
• Coordinate and define visit appointments and meetings with business partners
• Ordering goods, receiving goods, posting goods receipts and shipping parcels

• You have an apprenticeship as an office clerk or comparable qualification
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience is an advantage
• Native German speaker and a good command of English
• Ability to work in a team as well as an agile and proactive way of working
