Job Description

For our e-Mobility & Smart Energy Solution business, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to advance the growth of our business. Your main responsibility will be to follow the development of the Electric Vehicle Charging Solution and Energy Storage Market and consolidate new business development strategies. 

The main responsibilities are:

  • Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system
  • Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
  • Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager
  • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Pipeline project management
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
  • Represent Delta in the Central Eastern European countries, Iberian, and Italian  markets energy storage associations, conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
  • Interact with management across delta organization

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years technical sales experience in electric vehicle charging solution or battery energy storage business
  • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
  • Technical knowledge of EVCS, Power Conditional System, and Battery Energy Storage system
  • Excellent English and Slavic languages communications skills, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French as plus.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
