Job Description

  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect customers
  • Follow up with customers’ needs through telecommunication
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Manage project registration among customers cross regions
  • Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Develop and analyze data to determine supply and demands for customer support team

Qualifications

  • University Degree or above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with customers
  • Persuasive, detail and goal oriented
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • Back ground of power electronics or industrial automation are preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • English is must, second European language( German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian) and Chinese are preferred
