For a Delta subsidiary Vivitek located in the EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp we are looking for a Sales Coordinator. You will be working closely together in a small team of coordinators with a positive work vibe in an expanding business. Due to the complexity of the role some work experience is required. e.g: 

Responsibilities: 

• The Sales Coordinator will assist with order processing and delivery arrangement
• Ensure a smooth sales process to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and working capital. You will work from our office in Hoofddorp.
• Advise sales and customers on incoterms and transport costs
• Keep the sales team and customers informed on their order delivery statuses
• Monitor A/R status for the accounts you are in charge off

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales / international logistics relevant experience
• Experience as ERP user (e.g. SAP): Order and inventory, Reporting , MS office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
• Additional European languages are considered an asset
• Willingness to learn within and beyond own responsibility
