For our Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) we are searching for an enthusiastic service engineer engaged in building top service knowledge about MCIS products, who should be able to share this knowledge to others Delta field service engineers, service partners in EMEA region and utilize it in technical support of customers, sales, product management and participate on further improvement of product and services.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for overall service related technical documentation used in EMEA, definition of scope of service jobs for each product (installation/commissioning/annual maintenance), spare parts list with substitution matrix.
• Building and managing network of service partner within EMEA
• Major part shall be customer trainings, technical support incl. on-site diagnostics/troubleshooting for critical cases. In lab replication of failures, simulations and testing.
• On–site diagnostics and service will happen, as well.   
• Commercial mind-set. Able and experienced in transforming customers’ pain points into business opportunity. 

• Electrical engineer
• At leat 3 years of related experience
• Understanding of power & infrastructure solutions
• Able to discuss and communicate technical details both at a high level and in simple layman skills
• Open to innovation and new technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, highly achievement driven and team player
• Willing to travel  within EMEA region
