Job Description

To sustain and develop our business growth in Benelux region, our Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager. This position will manage channel partners and develop new key account business in this region. This role will be based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

Sales Manager of Delta Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS), Benelux (BNL) market

  • Responsible for the sales performance of BNL market – power & cooling solutions for enterprise & data center infrastructure management
  • Collaborate with the team, define business strategy, and perform execution via annual business/budget planning.
  • Build ICT market coverage and penetrate mission critical infrastructure market via multiple routes.
  • Representing Delta MCIS and networking in BNL mission critical industry and various events.
  • Benelux Channel Partnership Management to develop business on different scales

 

Qualifications

  • Independent and disciplined attitude with strong execution
  • Approximately 3-7 years relevant experiences in ICT industry
  • Knowledge of the UPS competition environment, key competitors’ products and its positioning.
  • Inquisitive and open to innovation and new technologies, understand market trends.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational & prioritization skills
  • Technical degrees (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering etc.) and experiences could be a plus.
  • Account management experiences at larger scale data center operators and/or co-locations could be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Able and willing to customer visits regularly (~50% of time in Benelux region)
  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English.
