Job Description

For our office specialized in Industrial Automation we are looking for a Service Administration staff. In the daily operation you will be working under supervision of our Service Supervisor. You will work in an international environment and the daily tasks will consist of mainly the following;

 

1. Service administration/coordination

  • Administration of warranty request, issuing RMA numbers, and monitoring RMA case progress.
  • Processing warranty cases in Service System and SAP System.
  • Service reporting on regular basis internally within EMEA organization and HQ in Taiwan

 

2.  Overseas Service coordination 

  • Coordinate Overseas Service requests, particularly from customers in China and Taiwan, with Delta HQ and regional ASP.
  • Monitoring/reporting Overseas Service progress. 

 

3. Spare parts administration 

  • Maintain/update spare part list with HQ.
  • Provide spare part prices to ASP and customers.
  • Monitoring spare part inventory, and reporting. 

 

4. 3rd party relationship

  • Support Service Supervisor on 3rd party relationship.
  • Coordinate 3rd party services
  • 3rd party service administration

 

5. Other tasks assigned by Service Supervisor or IABG management.

Qualifications

  • Good English and Mandarin languages, Taiwanese speaking is plus.
  • Preferable 3+ year work experience in administration, Service administration is plus.
  • 2+ year SAP user experience.
