Job Description

For a Delta subsidiary located in the Almere area we are looking for an office assistant who will take care of administrative related tasks. As an Office Assistant with VIVOTEK Netherlands you will be responsible for:

 

  • Work with related parties for logistics related activities.
  • Reports creating and maintain
  • Manage transportation/shipping documentation for all outbound shipping to customers
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
  • Serves customers by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
  • Apply VIVOTEK office and apartment bill and expense from daily operation.
  • Office Dutch document translation and Dutch contact person

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
  • Analytical abilities and attitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Chinese spoken and written comprehension: A Plus
  • English spoken and written comprehension: Mandatory

Additional Information

It is a stand alone position in a matrix environment. Preferably our candidate is located in Rome but this can also be home office. This is something for people who want to work in an small tezm and have their own 'shop to run' whilst being part of a bigger organization.
