Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Smart Building Solutions based in Italy (home Office) with a geographical focus on Italy and EMEA . 

 The main responsibilities are:

  • HVAC and Energy saving in Buildings consultancy
  • High level contacts management with General Contractors, EPC’s, Construction Companies, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Hotels, Logistics, Education, Transportation Companies, etc.
  • selling new technologies applied to Smart Buildings on top of BACS/BEMS building blocks, like PV, Storage, LED, Electric Vehicles, Renewable, Storage, Networking, Safety etc.

Qualifications

  • Proved track of record of revenues on BACS/BEMS projects, HVAC and components  
  • Preferred Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Working Experience
  • 3 years of experience in Sales in Building Automation Companies or System Integrators working with Key BA leaders or EPC’s. 
  • Sales skills, HVAC, IT skills, MS Office, Team building and building relationships.
  • Languages Italian mother tongue, fluent in English. German/French/Spanish/Chinese are preferred and optional languages

Additional Information

It is a stand alone position in a matrix environment. Preferably our candidate is located in Rome but this can also be home office. This is something for people who want to work in an small tezm and have their own 'shop to run' whilst being part of a bigger organization.
