Consultants (2-10 years of experiences) | AI Advisory & Transformation | Stockholm

Deloitte’s AI & Data team is growing, and we are looking for consultants who are passionate about helping organizations turn AI ambition into measurable business value. You will join a collaborative Nordic team advising clients across the AI transformation journey, from identifying and prioritizing opportunities to shaping strategies, operating models, governance and implementation roadmaps. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, bringing together industry insight, data and AI expertise, and change capabilities to help clients adopt AI responsibly and at scale. You will also have opportunities to contribute to market offerings, key accounts, and our strategic technology ecosystems and alliance partnerships.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Advise clients on how AI, generative AI, analytics and data can address strategic priorities, improve operations and create measurable business value.
• Assess AI readiness and data capabilities, identify and prioritize high-value use cases, and develop strategies, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Help design and facilitate client workshops, interviews and working sessions, translating complex AI topics into clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.
• Help shape AI operating models, governance, risk and responsible AI practices, including roles, decision rights, policies and controls that support trusted adoption.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, architects, business specialists and change professionals to move initiatives from concept and pilot to implementation and scale.
• Support solution and technology evaluations, including build-versus-buy considerations, vendor assessments and the practical use of cloud and AI platforms.
• Help clients build capabilities and drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, training and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP and RFI responses, thought leadership, reusable assets and the continued development of Deloitte’s AI advisory offerings.

We are looking for candidates who combine consulting skills, business understanding and practical knowledge of AI and data. You are likely to bring:

• Experience from management, technology or data consulting, or from an internal advisory or transformation role involving AI, analytics, data or digital initiatives.
• A strong interest in advising clients on AI strategy, value realization, operating models, governance and responsible adoption, not only on the technology itself.
• A practical understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, data and analytics lifecycles, and the opportunities, limitations and risks associated with enterprise adoption.
• The ability to structure complex problems, develop evidence-based recommendations and communicate clearly with both senior business leaders and technical specialists.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, together with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
• A relevant university degree, typically at master’s level, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and in English.
• Ability to work from our Stockholm office and at client sites as required.
