About the team
Who will you be working with?
You will join Deloitte’s evolving HR Strategy & Technology practice within Deloitte Consulting (Technology & Transformation) as an analyst or consultant (level dependent on experience).
You will be part of our strategy and operations community where we focus on the advisory side of HR transformation. We help clients reimagine their HR functions and operating models by combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. From leading complex end-to-end HR transformations to advising on the latest human capital trends and best practices, our consultants collaborate closely with senior HR professionals to align organizations with strategic goals, optimize HR processes, and gain a competitive edge.

Job Description
What work will you be doing?

Through social activities and collaboration within our team and across Deloitte, we prioritize delivering results for our clients while fostering a supportive environment. As an Analyst/Consultant, you will collaborate closely with experienced consultants on client projects, contributing to HR strategy and transformation initiatives for multinational corporations. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and contribute to internal initiatives such as employer branding and learning programs based on your interests and background.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Approach each engagement as a collaborative case — diagnosing client needs through stakeholder interviews and organizational analysis, leveraging AI and data-driven insights, and co-creating solutions with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives, collaborating closely with clients, management teams, and stakeholders through meetings and and workshops.
- Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients,
- Collaborating with project teams to develop high-quality deliverables, including documents and presentations, for client projects,
- Implement HR technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications

You communicate your ideas clearly and confidently, helping others understand and embrace your advice. You value close collaboration with clients and enjoy working in fast-paced, diverse, and multidisciplinary teams.
You have the following skills and experience:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Strategy, IT, or a related field.
- Good interpersonal skills, workshop facilitation, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- A genuine interest in human capital strategies and strategic organisational development.
We are particularly interested in candidates who also bring:
- Outstanding academic achievement.
- Experience within HR transformation and HR life-cycle processes.
- Experience from the consulting industry and public sector
