We would like you to start your four-month Trainee period in January 2027. We are primarily looking for a Trainee who could continue with us also after the Trainee period.  

As part of Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation offering you will join a team of incredibly engaged ambitious and great colleagues who strive to bring the best out in each other. Our team works closely together on projects across the Nordics, combining the right expertise and competencies to deliver the best solutions for our clients. Our varied client assignments are related to e.g., technology-enabled business transformations, technology operating models, IT M&A, IT sourcing or developing client’s IT strategy. As a Trainee, you are a valued part of the team and we are interested to hear what kind of strengths and interests you have, and what types of engagements you would be keen to focus on. Your tasks can include, for example, data gathering and analysis, preparing client materials, planning and coordinating project work, attending client workshops, project reporting and supporting sales activities.

Do you have passion for technology and eagerly follow the trends in the field? Are you ready to take action when needed and have willingness to learn new things? Then you’d probably fit in well onto our team! To succeed in this role, we also wish you have:  

• eagerness to learn and genuinely help our clients to improve their business  

• willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and complex business and technology landscapes  

• a recent master’s degree or final stages in master studies (for example in business administration, industrial engineering and management, information management or knowledge management) 

• great MS Office skills  

• ability to see the big picture and analytical approach to problem-solving  

• enthusiasm to work together with others, both colleagues and clients  

• fluent language skills in both Finnish and English  

To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
