Preparing for Future of Work by developing engaging employee experiences and people processes? We are now searching for a Trainee to join our HR Strategy & Technology consulting team in Helsinki. 

We would like you to start your four-month full time Trainee period in January 2027. Many of our Trainees have continued with us after the Trainee period. 

As a Trainee you will belong to one or more client engagement teams. The assignments may be related to, for example, HR process development, HR technology transformation, or other digital workplace solutions. As part of engagement team, your tasks may include participating in data gathering and analysis, and preparing client materials, among others. You will also get to assist in selling of these services. 
 
Our HR Strategy & Technology (HRST) team is an integral part of the broader Human Capital team, focusing on people factors that affect an organization’s performance. We partner with our clients to develop their organization, workforce and HR function. We leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to create business-driven HR, talent and change solutions. To succeed in this role, we hope you also have: 

• a positive attitude towards teamwork and high motivation to perform 
• strong analytical skills with a keen ability and interest in visualizing complex information clearly and concisely
• interest in AI and working with modern HR technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• recently finished or almost finished master studies on relevant field (e.g Business, Organization & leadership, Industrial management, Human resources management, Adult Education, Psychology, Communications) with excellent grades  
• fluency in English and in Finnish, both written and oral  
• relevant work experience and international experience are considered as an advantage  

To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
