You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from some of the largest Fund Managers in the Nordics to smaller, fast-evolving Venture Managers. In addition to audit, your role will include providing advisory support on accounting, financial reporting and tax matters.

In this role, you will make a real impact by:

  • Taking ownership and demonstrating leadership appropriate to your level, as we believe leadership thrives at all levels within our organization—and we actively support you in developing this.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across different experience levels, fostering effective teamwork and creating an environment where people feel valued and heard.
  • Delivering excellent client experience through professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to understanding client needs.
  • Deepening your expertise through hands-on involvement, continuous learning, and mentorship from experienced partners and senior colleagues.
  • Contributing diverse perspectives to complex problems—we actively seek professionals who bring different viewpoints and approaches to how we work.

You will join a department with a strong focus on professional growth, mutual support, and creating space for different working styles and strengths. This is a varied and challenging work environment where your contributions are recognized and your development is prioritized.

Qualifications

You have completed or are pursuing a master’s degree within audit. While aspiring to become a state-authorised public accountant is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we offer multiple career paths to suit your ambitions.

You are dedicated to quality work and continuous learning, and you thrive in environments that combine professional development with supportive teamwork. You bring strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity about complex problems. Beyond technical competence, you have a genuine interest in people and collaboration—you actively listen, support colleagues, and believe that the best solutions come from diverse teams working together.

You are eager to embrace a varied and rewarding role working with some of the largest and most professional Fund Managers in the Nordics, where you can further develop your expertise and make a meaningful impact.

What you bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ audit experience with demonstrated ownership and initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in risk-oriented auditing, where the use of analytical tools plays a key role.
  • Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written, as English is our corporate language.
  • Familiarity with key areas such as IFRS, IPEV valuation guidelines and tax is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you can explain complex concepts clearly, listen actively, and build trust with colleagues and clients.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting and developing others, even as you continue your own professional growth.

Even if you don’t meet every point above, we encourage you to apply if you believe your skills and experience can contribute positively to our team.
