  • Full-time
  • Field of interest: People & Organisation
  • Level of hire: Experienced hire

Company Description

With more than 3,000 employees, Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, Technology and Transformation.

Job Description

You will be part of our HR & Talent department at our Copenhagen office, home to approximately 50 employees across four teams. You will join the Talent Acquisition team, which consists of six employees. Our focus is to deliver excellent recruitment advisory services to our various business units. We are a diverse team with different educational backgrounds and experiences, bringing varied perspectives to our work.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help develop our in-house service model for our Technology & Transformation Business. You will be responsible for establishing a sustainable talent pipeline that supports our business unit's growth, while designing sourcing strategies that attract top tech talent in the market. This is a role you will help build and shape - one that combines strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration with hiring managers and active candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, initiate conversations with prospective candidates, manage all scheduling for both informal and formal meetings, and participate in interviews utilizing assessment tools. This is a multifaceted role requiring you to excel in both strategic sourcing and search activities, while also taking on coordinating and project management responsibilities throughout the recruitment process.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Source and identify top tech talents
  • Leverage data and analytics to track and measure sourcing effectiveness, continuously optimizing our recruitment strategies based on insights and metrics
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support our business unit's growth and staffing needs
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships across the Technology & Transformation Business Unit
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract exceptional candidates from the consultancy and tech sectors

Qualifications

We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in talent sourcing and recruitment. While we value experience over education, a master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience running recruitment sourcing projects, either in a consultancy firm, in-house recruitment function, or comparable role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and connect with people at all levels and across different functions
  • Experience with sourcing and attracting tech candidates
  • A proactive and innovative mindset – you take ownership, identify opportunities independently, and continuously seek ways to improve our sourcing processes
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HR ATS systems, and assessment tools

What We Offer
