Our Team
You will join the Nordic Support team which consists of 26 talents across the Nordics, and a broad collaboration with Deloitte's employees. Our Nordic Support team currently includes colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, and we have recently transformed from local support desks to a centralized entity to support our end-users across all the Nordic countries. This is a new and exciting journey that you will also be a part of. We offer support of processes across our Nordic offices and various business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication, technology, and infrastructure as well as strategy, business development, program management, and project management.
Job Description
Exciting tasks awaits you
You will support our employees across the Nordic countries. Your position includes IT support and tasks of a diverse nature, such as:
- Optimization and strengthening of our Deloitte systems and applications
- Assist in setting up computers and installation of software
- Support the Nordic end-users by phone, e-mail, and physical inquiries in our office
- Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Experience & develop documentation of processes and knowledge-sharing
- Work with technical issues
As a Nordic Support student assistant, you value professionalism and high-quality service, by ensuring that all Deloitte employees receive the best user experience every time. Depending on your skills and drive, there is a great opportunity to influence the content and responsibility of the position.
Your weekly working hours are approximately 12 to 15 hours. The distribution of working time can be agreed flexibly depending on your studies. The hours are typically distributed over 2 days a week.
An agreement is made regarding working hours, and we are of course flexible during exam periods. However, you will typically be part of the daily shift schedule between 16.00 and 20.00 on weekdays, and from 09:00-17:00 on the weekend.
Qualifications
We are looking for a positive, open-minded, and very structured student assistant who can work independently but also as a team player. Your tasks will require good communication skills. You master English on a high level both in writing and speech, as we work in an international organization.
Furthermore, you are someone who demonstrates the following:
- A broad knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Quick learner who wants to be challenged, as Deloitte uses several internally developed special applications
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and get to know the field of Nordic Support
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as we work in an international organization
- Have experience with user service, and used to working in and master many different applications and systems
- Are independent, service-minded, and solution-oriented, just as you can participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Seeks to work on personal development but also within the team
