Job Description

As a Resource Manager, you will play a central role in optimising Deloitte’s workforce by ensuring the right consultants are matched to the right projects at the right time. You will collaborate closely with departments to understand their needs, manage staffing strategically, and oversee the full process from request to confirmation. This fast‑paced role offers insight into consulting, direct leadership exposure, and the opportunity to build a strong internal network.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Preparing and facilitating weekly staffing meetings with each of your departments, gathering and analyzing relevant data to support resource allocation and strategic planning
  • Handling resource inquiries across Deloitte Denmark and the Nordic region, matching consultant expertise to project demands with precision
  • Maintaining continuous dialogue with departments to ensure optimal staffing of our consultants
  • Driving internal projects focused on improving our work with data and systems, including forecasting and resource management tool optimization
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights on staffing trends, utilization rates, and resource forecasts that inform strategic decision‑making

Qualifications

We are looking for approachable professionals with a problem‑solving mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, as building relationships is key to success in this role. You are naturally outgoing and personable, detail‑oriented yet able to see the bigger picture, passionate about optimising processes and workflows, and motivated by managing multiple priorities. You take ownership of your work and consistently follow through on your commitments. The ideal candidate has a solid resource planning background, excellent communication skills, and the adaptability to navigate changing business demands.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in resource management or a similar role within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑team collaboration
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP MRS)
  • Proficiency in Danish, both written and spoken, is required
