Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Client Relationship Executive & Pricing Excellence Leader to join our Growth team in Helsinki. 

Our target is to create long-term and trusting client relationships, driving incremental growth at our clients and our firm. ​​​​​We build first-class client relationships and focus on bringing the full breadth of our services to our clients. Our Growth team is responsible for high quality client relationships, industry insights and effective demand generation as well as sales of our services across all business areas. 

In the role of Client Relationship Executive, you will execute the Deloitte growth story focusing on our Energy, Resources and Industrials clients, by driving connections between people, insights and solutions across the firm and into the client. You will actively participate in our sales activities and drive our client accounts forward. You will identify strategic opportunities among our key client accounts and contribute to our client and growth strategy. In this role, you are working closely together with the lead partner for your account and collaborate and coordinate activities across Deloitte teams, both locally and globally. As we are a rather flat organisation, we also get our hands dirty and expect you to ensure the CRM is up to date and the actions agreed and followed up.  

In the role of Pricing Excellence Leader, you will drive strategic pricing initiatives and optimize revenue performance across our organization. You will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, analytics, and frameworks that enhance profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning. The role encompasses establishing best practices in pricing development, coaching sales teams in pricing approaches, ensuring pricing alignment with market conditions and profitability targets, and maintaining alignment between sales strategy, pricing strategy, and organizational goals—all with the aim of increasing win rates, deal velocity, deal quality, and overall revenue and margin performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, finance and sales.

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

Are you passionate for client success and growth? Do you get your kicks from identifying and selling strategic opportunities? Are networking and building trustful relationships with clients at the heart of your competence? Do you master pricing optimization and do you have the ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries? Then you’d probably fit well in our team! 

To succeed in this role, we also wish you have: 

  • 5-10 years relevant experience in e.g. sales, business development or client relationship management 

  • Industry knowledge of e.g. Energy, Resources (process industry), Industrial equipment, Manufacturing clients and a passion for working with this industry 

  • A relevant educational background in e.g. business, sales or marketing, technology/engineering  

  • Ability to see the big picture and proactively drive things forward 

  • Sales orientation and excellent client-facing and networking skills 

  • Ability to develop and execute pricing strategies, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth through pricing optimization and value-based selling.  

  • Strong skills in managing relationships with senior leaders, clients, and internal teams 

  • Proven track record in professional services, consulting or similar B2B environments 

  • Fluent language skills in English and at least basic level Finnish skills.
