Organization & Work Transformation (OWT) deliver results for our clients by leading technology enabled business transformations through project and programme management, strategic change management, organization design, and related advisory. Job Description

Your responsibilities will be tailored to individual projects and the unique requirements of each client, while also considering your skillset and professional growth. As an Associate Analyst, you will work on client projects in close collaboration with experienced consultants as well as on internal projects and business development initiatives:

  • Supporting on projects with setup and execution of a wide range of project and programme management disciplines, change management and future ways of working assessments, etc.
  • Assisting in preparing, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Preparation of presentations for external and internal use

Furthermore, you will assist with and have the opportunity to drive internal practice development, including proposal work as well as recruiting, training, social, and other internal activities. 

Qualifications

Prior experience within change- and project management is not a requirement, but to be successful in this role, we expect that you:

  • Are currently enrolled in the last year of your bachelor or first year of master’s degree with a solid track record of academic results
  • Are a strong communicator orally and in writing (English is required) 
  • Identify opportunities where others see challenges and enjoy problem solving
  • Have a strong interest in the field of large-scale technology transformations, project management and organization transformation, and are eager to expand your consulting toolbox
  • Have permission to live and work in Denmark
