Job Description

Deloitte is building it’s ServiceNow practice in Norway and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management Advisor and Solution Architect to join our starting team. You will contribute to building Deloitte’s ServiceNow brand in Norway and work closely together on projects across the Nordics. In this role, you will work with industry leading professionals, guiding clients through end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and driving complex enterprise-wide service modernization. 

As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities while leading the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with clients to transform IT, HR, Finance, Risk, and core business functions into streamlined, service-based organizations. This involves assessing the client’s needs, translating business requirements into tailored technology solutions, and providing strategic and best practice advisory. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to deployment, while providing thought leadership and industry insights that shape best practices. 

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise service management, strong leadership in project execution, and the ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and value creation. In this role, you will make an impact by: 

  • Building Deloitte’s ServiceNow practice in Norway  
  • Providing strategic advisory for some of the largest ServiceNow clients in Norway and the Nordics. 
  • Engaging proactively with clients, advising on solution and problem scoping across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Designing comprehensive solutions, including technical design using design thinking methodologies to ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s Enterprise Service Management capabilities and best practices. 
  • Helping our clients in defining and optimizing Service Management processes to drive efficiency. 
  • Offering insights and guidance on application development, agile development, software development lifecycle and cloud applications. 
  • Leading the delivery of solutions and support teams in corrective measures. 
  • Work closely with Program Leadership to oversee and lead multiple workstreams of technical design- and delivery activities, create and maintain a network of potential clients, and be known as a trusted advisor and participate in consulting sales activities, including writing service proposals. 

Qualifications

We are looking for the following skills and experience: 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end transformation projects in areas such as IT, HR, Finance, Risk or core business operations. 
  • Experience with IT Project Management and the ability to oversee complex implementations and drive successful outcomes. 
  • Familiarity with process frameworks such as Lean, TBM, ITIL or other methodologies relevant to your area of expertise. 
  • A strong technical background with an advanced understanding of key technical principles and best practices. 
  • Experience or a solid understanding of application development and software lifecycle management. 
  • Knowledge of technologies using client-server model and understanding of data-modelling, SQL data structures and system integrations. 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Norwegian or a willingness to learn the language. 
  • You must have the right to live and work in Norway.
