Job Description

As a Student Assistant to the Nordic Chief of Staff in our SAP offering, you will have a crucial role in supporting our recruiting and talent growth processes across the Nordics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Nordic Chief of Staff and Resource Director to optimize recruitment strategies and talent growth processes.
  • Assist in preparing content for Leadership meetings, including attending and taking notes.
  • Work with the Nordic Talent Growth and Capability Lead to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively implemented throughout the fiscal year.
  • Act as the PMO for recruitment processes, coordinating and overseeing all recruitment activities.
  • Maintaining detailed records of applications, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from recruitment processes to inform continuous improvement and assist with reviewing.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for applicants, directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure our talent performance processes in the Nordics aligns with Deloitte’s strategic agenda for talent development.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team:

We value collaboration and teamwork, and welcome candidates with diverse educational backgrounds and skills. Whether you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, as long as you possess a strong academic track record and a proactive approach, you are an excellent fit for this role.

To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Good academic results and are in the last year of a bachelor’s program or the first year of a master’s program in preferably fields as HR, Communication, Project Management or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English at a high level.
  • Have permission to live and work in Denmark.

While prior experience in project management or HR is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth and development.
