You will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation initiatives driven by technology, developing finance technologies, drive finance development and touchless automation with technologies and AI, develop enterprise performance management technologies by utilizing business steering models, modeling future finance architecture and related data models.

We provide our clients with various solutions and strengthen financial functions to genuinely support our clients' business and strategic decision-making. In our work, we prepare business cases and data-driven insights to support the decision-making of CFOs. The role of a Finance Transformation consultant offers excellent opportunities for continuous development in various areas of finance technology, enhancing project management skills, and seamless teamwork both at the client interface and internally within Deloitte's organization.

You will fit perfectly into our team if you are eager to take responsibility and want to inspire others in achieving goals. We hope that you also have:

• A suitable higher education degree (e.g., MSc or MBA)
• 3-5 years of work experience in areas such as financial system development or implementation, technology development projects, AI or automation projects
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to find solutions and solve problems
• Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English
• Knowledge of financial management systems (advantageous: Onestream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Suite, Basware P2P)
• Knowledge and/or keen interest in SQL and AI focusing on finance technologies
