360 Develop – Centre for Lifelong Learning is Deloitte Denmark's central learning department and responsible for ensuring continuous training for our employees.
We are looking for a competent, experienced and proactive employee to effectively support the realization of the department’s strategic priorities and manage day-to-day activities.
360 Develop – Centre for Lifelong Learning consists of two teams that are working closely together to ensure a professional, coherent and 360-degree learning experience:
- Development & Delivery: responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning content.
- Learning Administration: responsible for planning and supporting execution of learning activities.
Job Description
You will be part of the Development & Delivery team, and the position will involve many and varying task – all requiring a professional, holistic and flexible approach.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Independent management of selected projects.
- Establishing and driving various learning processes.
- Ongoingly interacting with relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing and managing the annual wheel of the department.
- Planning, preparing, and following up on meetings in collaboration with the head of department.
- Preparing and ensuring quality of meeting material and presentations for the head of department.
- Major and minor ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience from similar role
- A master’s degree as within an area relevant for the position
- Have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely (both in Danish and in English)
- Have project management skills and be able to oversee projects and manage complex processes.
- Be highly autonomous in terms of structuring your own tasks.
- To be a team player who thrives on working with a wide range of stakeholders and in a changing environment.
- Preferably to have experience from a similar function or from a learning and development organization.
