About the team
As part of the Transformation team in DK ITS, you will join a small, ambitious group playing a key role in driving transformation efforts in Denmark and the Nordics. The DK ITS is an internal department, part of the Nordic collaboration, and is on a Global journey. You will work alongside highly skilled professionals, influencing and managing key initiatives that align processes and capabilities with strategic priorities.
Our team’s primary purpose is to shape and support the global transformation journey of DK and Nordic IT, and you will be an integral part of this effort. The team comes from diverse backgrounds in areas such as strategy consulting, project management, business analysis, and more, and we see this variety as a great strenght, allowing us to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.
Job Description
As a Transformation Consultant in our team, your main goal is to ensure transformation initiatives within DK ITS and the Nordics are successfully delivered and implemented to realize the expected benefits. The role does not require a background within the field of IT.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their areas and challenges, support the development of transformation strategies, and analyze and implement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on best practices, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable value to the organization.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Leading and managing transformation projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective adoption.
- Supporting and facilitating key stakeholders across local and Nordic IT to inspire change and transformation.
- Conducting assessments of current processes, ways of working, and identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Developing and implementing change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on transformation best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for establishing relationships and effectively managing change. Additionally, it is important that you are resilient and can maintain stamina when navigating the challenges associated with transformation and change.
What you bring to the team:
- A master’s degree or equivalent degree in business, IT or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably with a management consultant background.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully prioritizing initiatives and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and flair for working with numerical data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Vast experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Danish residency is required.
