About the team

You will become part of a forward-thinking Engineering team in Deloitte Technology and Transformation. Our department consists of 50+ consultants and we are a team of dedicated professionals, renowned for our involvement in our clients’ largest and most complex IT transformation programmes. We work with clients across all industry sectors, translating strategy into programmes and ensuring their delivery by implementing the required project and programme capabilities to meet the challenges of large-scale transformations.

As a student worker in the Engineering offering, you will support our experienced management consultants on high-profile, complex IT transformations and projects for a variety of clients across all industries. You will gain in-depth knowledge of life as a consultant and get the opportunity to have a direct impact on how projects take shape, as your input and perspective on the task is highly valued. Your workdays will seldom look alike and you will also get to work on our business development activities by organising client and branding events, preparing client proposals or arranging internal events.

You will have the opportunity to support on client assignments on a range of domains including Agile transformations, programme and project management as well as IT systems. Doing hands-on client assignments you will primarily be focusing on one or more of the following activities:

• Contribute and support with analysis, design, and delivery of high-profile IT and business transformations under the guidance of senior professionals.
• Support the implementation of Agile methods and principles at a team level to help get the appropriate people, processes, methods and tools in place.
• Take on a supporting role for an IT project- or programme manager or test manager.

Your expected workload will be approximately 20 hours per week. We adjust your tasks proactively to match your studies and exam period.

We picture you as a MSc student at the top of your class with at least one year of studies left. Furthermore, you are either native Danish speaker or highly proficient in written and spoken Danish. You have a high proficiency in English and the right to live and work in Denmark. In addition, we expect the following:

• You quickly understand complex challenges, and you might be familiar with the basics of project management and Agile methodologies.
• You are studying Business Administration and Information Systems, Engineering Management, Digital Innovation & Management, or a similar Master’s degree, but, most importantly, you demonstrate a profound interest in business and IT transformation.
• You are a positive-minded teammate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We also envision you to be able to work in a structured way and have the ability to express yourself and communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
