In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the design and execution of strategic change initiatives to drive organizational transformation and improve performance.
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to develop and implement effective operating, capability, and governance models.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and deliver significant improvements in productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

We value your strong analytical skills, engaged and structured approach, and curiosity, along with your interest in Organizational Transformation. You should have excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written, and a passion for making a difference for clients and colleagues. We are a team full of diverse nationalities, so while fluency in Danish is not required, fluency in English is essential.

• Experience in leading and managing complex transformation projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.
