We are now looking for a CRM / Salesforce Trainee to join our Sales & Service team in Helsinki.

Deloitte Digital’s Salesforce practice is one of the biggest networks of Salesforce professionals in the world. At Deloitte, you have a possibility to get to know many Salesforce areas, such as CRM, marketing automation, customer service , field service, and eCommerce. In this specific role, you will participate in the planning and execution of both advisory & implementation projects, helping customers transform their Sales & Service processes. Your focus will be on providing support to project teams by participating actively in preparing workshops, defining functional specifications for system implementations, and supporting project management with reporting of engagements. You will have an opportunity to learn about different areas based on your own background and interests, both in the business and consulting domains, as well as Salesforce.

We hope that you can start your Trainee period either in April or alternatively in the beginning of August 2025. The duration of your Trainee period will be four (4) months.  We also wish you to be eager to grow your expertise within Deloitte, even after your trainee period.

• Recent master’s degree or ongoing master studies with excellent grades (for example in engineering, business administration, economics or computer science).
• Enthusiasm to work with others, both with colleagues and customers.
• Interest towards technology, business and digitalization.
• Fluent language skills in English, Finnish is considered as a big plus.
