Technology Advisory Consultant (Mid-Senior level – Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team in Malmö.

As a manager you will be play a crucial part in the establishment of a local team in  Malmö together with TS&Ts senior leadership. Your team will together help our clients to develop the technology strategies and solutions that create business value and drive performance. From strategies and target state designs to implementation of our client’s future technology operations, you contribute with valuable knowledge and experience to our clients most complex challenges. The team also works to further grow and develop our successful TS&T consulting practice in Malmö.

Your contribution

• Lead technology advisory or transformation projects from planning to execution
• Manage and coach junior colleagues in client delivery and individual development journeys
• Contribute and support in business development by driving/supporting client proposals or bids and undertaking dialogue with potential and existing clients
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships across client organizations and within Consulting to generate new, creative approaches to solve challenges and create opportunities
• Active contribution in practise development through your area of expertise

We are looking for

• A business-driven person with previous management consulting experience and broad understanding of technology, staying up to date with technology trends and what’s happening in the market
• A team player who enjoys collaboration with clients and colleagues with a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries and types of projects
• A track record of leading diverse people and teams and managing technology projects that leverage technology to drive business value in commercial or public organizations
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in technology strategy, management, operating models, sourcing, enterprise architecture, technology transformations or equivalent areas
• Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
• Minimum bachelor’s degree within a field relevant for technology and IT, e.g., Computer and Systems Science or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience from interacting with and influencing technology leaders and can have a broad conversation on the most relevant issues on the technology agenda
• Sound business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and recommendations
• A person spurred by revenue generation targets with track record in achieving / exceeding
• Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
