We provide comprehensive buy and sell-side advisory services in conjunction with real estate acquisitions and divestitures. One of our focus areas is financial due diligence engagements where it is key to understand and analyse the net operating income, tenant relations and financial position of the target property company or portfolio and to link this to the value that our client is seeking. We are looking for students who are finalising their studies or who have already graduated to join our Transaction Services team as a Real Estate Transactions Trainee in Helsinki.

We would like you to start your Trainee period in January 2025, lasting five to six months.

During your trainee period, you will assist our professionals in due diligence and client engagements, deepen your knowledge in financial analysis, preparation of client deliverables and gain insight into Finnish real estate market.

By joining us, you will work with experts from various teams including corporate finance, tax and legal colleagues, network within Deloitte in Finland and the Nordics, and receive support from your own coach and other seasoned professionals for your career and personal development. What do we hope from you?

In addition, we also wish that you have:

• Good analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent academic record from e.g. accounting, finance, real estate economics, or a related field
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
• Fluency in English language, Finnish language is considered an asset.

The preferred applicants have finished their bachelor’s degree and are currently finalizing their master’s degree studies.
