Would you like to work in a global consulting company that is the market leader in Data & AI? We are now looking for Data Strategy Developer Trainee(s) to join our AI & Data team. Your role will focus on helping our customers develop their business with data and improve their data management capabilities.  

As a Trainee you will be a valued part of the team in our varied client assignments where data is utilized in decision making.  Your tasks can include, for example, finding out the customer's business needs and conducting workshops with the customer on the use cases of data utilization that support them, analyzing the maturity level of customers current data utilization capability, developing strategies for organizations to become data-driven, developing the data management operating model, and helping to develop the target state for customers data and technology capabilities. In your role you get to know the agile ways of working and attend relevant training. 
 
We can promise your learning curve at Deloitte to be steep but also getting active support from your own coach and the AI & Data team. We would like you to start your four-month Trainee period in August 2024 or as otherwise agreed. We are primarily looking for a Trainee who could continue with us also after the Trainee period. 
 
We want to offer our professionals as flexible working conditions as possible and thus, we work in a hybrid model. This means that we work at our office, at our clients and flexibly remotely.

Do you have the passion for developing data strategies and governance models with a relaxed and motivated team? Would you like to work as a consultant and deepen your knowledge on data management and strategies? Then you’d probably fit well in our team! 

To succeed in this role, we wish you have: 

• a recent master’s degree or ongoing master studies (information and knowledge management, data strategy, economics, computer science, etc.) 
•  understanding of business strategy, information management understanding, general interest in technology, problem solving and negotiation skills 
• drive to develop your management consulting skills and strategic thinking 
• fluent language skills in Finnish and English. Finnish skills are required to work with our clients in Finnish government and public sector 
• enthusiasm to work with others, both with colleagues and clients 

Previous experience in similar jobs is considered an advantage, but it is not necessary.
