Sounds exciting? Then you might be our new colleague!

The team
In Organization Transformation, we support clients to realize the full potential of their transformation agenda through their most important asset: their people. We know successful change isn’t just about having the best technical solution, it is also about ensuring that the right people do the right things at the right time within the right structure.

We work on helping our clients successfully navigate some of their toughest problems related to change management, organizational design, and culture and behavior. Change is hard, but we know how to help - with expertise in a variety of industries and capabilities, our team is skilled at working with our clients and with one another to design and implement solutions related to organizations and their change agendas. We enhance our clients’ organizational performance, productivity, and profitability by integrating a ‘people and organization’ lens in all that we do.

If you are passionate about these areas of work and would like to be part of a multicultural team that values collaboration, challenging the status quo, and continuous personal development, we believe this position is a match for you!

What you will do
We are looking for hardworking third year bachelor’s students or master’s students with minimum one year left of their studies. As an Associate Analyst, you will be working on client projects in close collaboration with experienced consultants as well as on internal projects and business development initiatives.

Your tasks will, among others, include:

  • Preparation of client material and workshops
  • Analyses in collaboration with your project team
  • Fact-finding and general research
  • General project and business development support.

In consulting, no two days are the same. The position as an Associate Analyst will provide you with valuable experience and ultimately prepare you for a career as a management consultant. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, and we will adjust your tasks according to your exam schedule.

Qualifications

Who you are
Whether you study business, psychology, human resource management, political science, strategy, or something completely different, is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in:

  • Strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your interest in our area of expertise in Organization Transformation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills – both verbal and written –
  • Eagerness to make a difference for clients and colleagues.

We are a team full of diverse nationalities, so while fluency in Danish is not a requirement, fluency in English is.
